Your satisfaction is our top priority. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and for safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for body care products. Shipping costs are also ineligible for refund, as the cost has already been paid to the carrier. If you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know. Product Refunds: Each refund request is reviewed case by case. Refunds are not issued for preferences related to scent, texture, or appearance. Scent perception varies from person to person, and descriptions are based on the fragrance and essential oils used, along with supplier notes. Because each item is handmade in small batches, slight variations in design may occur.
