It is very likely that finished products and other ingredients could have come in contact. We cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination of ingredients that could affect you. Patch test all body care products prior to full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a physician immediately. If you are pregnant and have concerns, seek consultation from a physician or your primary care provider before use of any or all soap, body care products and tools purchased from Benyen Body Care LLC.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
We may cancel an order if the request is received prior to shipping. We reserve the right to cancel an order at our sole discretion. Orders may also be cancelled if we are unable to communicate with the customer regarding their order.

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We do our best to describe the scent notes based upon the fragrance and or essential oils used and descriptions given from the manufacturer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. Keep in mind, that our products are handmade. Designs will vary and no two batches of products made, bars or loaves of soap will be the same.

Our products are made with a variety of ingredients in a shared workspace. Cross contact between ingredients is possible during production and handling. Some raw materials and finished products may contain components that are known allergens. Please review the full ingredient list carefully and avoid use if you have sensitivities or known allergies.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
