Shipping policy

We are currently only shipping within the United States.

Processing Times: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt. *During holidays orders may take 10-15 days to process. Shipment information will be provided once your order has been processed.

After your order has been shipped, Benyen Body Care LLC has no control on the status of your package. Please contact the UPS or USPS for the status of your package. We will do our best to provide assistance. We are not responsible for theft of package once your oder has been shipped.

Order Cancellation: Cancelled Orders are only available if your order has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped all sales are final.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and product right away and contact the carrier and Benyen Body Care. I will submit a claim on your behalf, but photo proof is required to proceed.
